How This Works
At our practice, we prioritize spending quality time with you, abandoning the traditionally short time appointments designed to attempt a fix. This simply does not typically mesh with traditional billing approaches, which is why we do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide a superbill containing all the necessary-10 and CPT codes for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Your experience is our top priority, and we want to ensure you have the support you need.

Welcome to our practice! The first step in your journey is to schedule a free consultation with Dr. Sofie. During this visit, will discuss your health concerns and assess how we can best support your. We're here to help you find the best path for your well-being!

Step 2: Book a new patient appointment
Thank you for scheduling your 60-minute visit, either in-person or via telehealth. Before our appointment, please complete the patient intake form and send any lab results you have on file. This information will help ensure a productive and thorough discussion during your visit. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Step 3: Return Visits
We look forward to our next meeting in about 4 weeks, though this may vary depending on your individual needs. During this session, we will review your lab results and continue to your personalized wellness plan. Your health journey is important to, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

We understand that the frequency of return visits vary from person to person. Many chronic health issues take time to work thru but we are committed to help you feel better. Rest assured, I am here to partner with as we work together on your journey to restore your health.

We will always ensure you are fully informed of all costs prior to any procedures or billing.
You will always be provided a superbill with proper ICD-10 and CPT codes that you are welcome to submit to your insurance.
Dr. Sofie's consultations are often reimbursable by insurance at an out of network percentage. You pay her fees at the time of service and you can submit an invoice with a filled out claim form to your insurance company for reimbursement. While she does not guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you for her services, her patients often find that her services are covered at an out of network percentage.
