Q: Do you accept and bill insurance?
A: At Jenny Lake Functional Medicine, we do not bill insurance directly, all payment is due at time of service. However, we provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. This approach allows us to focus more on your care while keeping costs transparent and predictable. You'll always know what to expect before any testing or services are rendered.
Q: Will you be my primary care provider?
A: I would be honored to be your primary care provider. However, please note that we do not bill insurance. We have the ability to run labs at an exceptionally low cost and can make referrals to other providers or for mammograms or additional testing at the local hospital. We do mostly provide consultation services. If you have another primary care provider we are happy to communicate and collaborate with them to ensure you receive the best possible care. Your health is our priority and we look forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey.
Q: I can't find an appointment time that works for me?

A: Please contact us by email or phone. We are flexible and will work to find an appointment time that works for you. We can often be available on evenings or weekends.
Q: I am so burned out by doctor appointments, I can't get answers and I am not sure I want more of the same?
